Apple I was one of the first personal computers, and the first to combine a microprocessor with a connection for a keyboard and a monitor. It was designed and handmade by Steve WOZNIAK1 2 originally for personal use. A friend of Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs, had the idea to sell the computer. It was the first Apple product, shown in April 1994 at the Homebrew Computer Club in Palo Alto, California.
